The ELO Conference Series 2003-2004 on private property and private entrepreneurship: as an essential part of the rural development in the perspective of the CAP reforms and of the Enlargement.
The Conference Series has the objective to give EU15 and future member states’ rural entrepreneurs an insight in the present reforms, in policy developments (agriculture, environment, constitutional treaty etc.) and in the coming changes caused by the enlargement, both in the EU15 and in the candidate countries. The ELO Conference Series is also an opportunity for private rural owners and private rural managers from the “old” European Union States and the “new” ones to meet, to share concerns and opportunities.
