The Lithuanian parliamentary Rural Affairs Committee is to discuss during the spring session ways of increasing biofuel production in the country. Biofuel production in Lithuania has to be equivalent to 2 percent of petrol and diesel fuel sales to transport under the EU directive on biofuel.
